Living Ayurveda Retreat

Living Ayurveda Retreat

This gentle and nourishing retreat invites you to explore Ayurveda, the ancient science of life, as a daily living practice. Grounded in the wisdom of Dinacharya—the art of cultivating daily habits that support health and wellbeing—you will be guided to integrate simple yet profound practices into your daily rhythms.

Dinacharya, from the Sanskrit words dina (day) and charya (to be founded in), encourages us to be rooted in each day with intention, care and connection. Ayurveda teaches that these small, consistent rituals are the foundation for vitality, balance, and longevity—for ourselves and our families.

Within a contemplative, mostly silent space, the retreat will weave together:

Therapeutic and somatic yoga practices
Restorative yoga nidra
Pranayama (breathwork)
Walking meditation & visualisations
Talks, notes, and daily guidance on Ayurvedic lifestyle and principles

No prior experience is necessary. This retreat is open to all ages and levels of practice.

At its heart, this is a sacred pause: a time to return to your prakriti—your essential nature—and gently remember how to live in rhythm with your own life.
