Somatic Story Retreat

Somatic Story Retreat

A Weekend of Story, Systemic Constellations & Expressive Arts

Join us for a deeply restorative and revealing retreat held over the June long weekend. Nestled in the serene embrace of Dharmagiri, this 3.5-day immersion invites you into the rich terrain of myth, movement, and memory — the liminal spaces where healing and transformation unfold.

Through the wisdom of stories, systemic constellations, and expressive arts, we will explore the deeper threads of our personal and ancestral narratives, reconnecting with what is whole, wise, and alive within us.

At the Heart of This Retreat Is an Invitation:

To listen.
To remember.
To restore.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking clarity, or longing for deep nourishment, this retreat offers a gently held container for renewal, insight, and embodied connection.

Retreat Highlights

  • Guided sessions using myths and fairytales to explore archetypal truths

  • Systemic constellations inspired by story to reveal hidden dynamics and create movement

  • Expressive arts and conscious dance to invite embodied insight and integration

  • Nature immersion and sacred stillness in the Drakensberg mountains

  • Space for journaling, meditation, and reflection

  • Nourishing vegetarian meals and comfortable accommodation
