About Your Facilitators

Tumi Moloto (they/them)
Tumi is a somatic practitioner working at the intersection of personal and collective wellness. Rooted in a decolonised framework of somatics, they hold that the body is our primary site of healing — where dignity and wholeness are restored. Tumi’s practice weaves spirit work, ancestral lineage healing and shadow integration to create spaces where people can meet the full truth of who they are, embodied. Their teaching emphasises pendulation and titration (working with constriction and expansion), breath and movement, and somatic tools for regulation and aliveness. Offerings: somatic practice, erotic embodiment (optional), deepest-fear inventories / Existential Kink meditation (optional).

Phumla Shongwe
Phumla is a spiritual practitioner and guide whose work sits at the intersection of inner healing and collective care. With over 20 years of meditation practice, she brings ancient wisdom into present-moment practice. A multi-certified yoga teacher, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, healer and Family Constellations facilitator, Phumla creates inclusive, compassionate containers that welcome all people, including BIPOC and LGBTQI+ communities. Her work is especially powerful in multi-day retreats, guiding participants to drop into the heart and connect with soul wisdom. Offerings: yoga, meditation, somatic anger release, breathwork, grief work and journalling.
