Somatic Story Retreat

Somatic Story Retreat

A weekend of therapeutic story, systemic constellations, movement, and creativity

Join us for a deeply restorative retreat over the August long weekend — a carefully held space to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with what is vital and alive within you.

This retreat invites participants into liminal inner landscapes, where healing, insight, and re-membering become possible. Through the weaving together of wisdom stories, systemic constellations, dance-movement, and creative expression, we explore the threads of our personal and collective lives — gently touching places of healing, resilience, and renewal.

  • Wisdom stories carry archetypal truths that speak across time and culture. As we give voice, movement, and creative form to these stories, meaning begins to emerge organically, offering fresh perspectives on life’s challenges, transitions, and choices. The stories become mirrors — revealing both what has shaped us and what is waiting to be reclaimed.

  • Systemic constellations, informed by the living field of these stories, allow unseen relational and ancestral dynamics to come into view. When these dynamics are acknowledged and held with care, new movement becomes possible — releasing stuck patterns and opening space for greater flow, connection, and vitality.

  • Creative expression and dance-movement deepen this process by inviting the body into the conversation. Through embodied reflection, participants are supported in integrating insight, restoring nervous system balance, and reconnecting with a sense of aliveness, creativity, and joy.

At the heart of this retreat is a sacred invitation to listen and remember — to restore the medicine of the myths that live through us, and through the wider human and ancestral fields to which we belong. Drawing on both ancient and contemporary wisdom stories — myths of exile and return, concealment and revelation, and the reclamation of creative possibility — the retreat offers a gentle yet profound space for renewal and transformation.
